Q: How do I purchase a hat from the millinery?

A: Hats are available for purchase by private appointment at the milliner's studio.  The private appointments are available Mondays - Thursdays and Sundays.  If you are not local and would like to buy a hat, feel free to contact the millinery and Jennifer will make arrangements for shipment and payment.

Q: What forms of payment does the millinery accept?

A: The millinery accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and personal checks.


Q: What is the millinery's return and exchange policy?

A: Exchanges: All unworn stock hats may be exchanged for another hat.  The millinery must receive the hat within 14 days.   Please contact the millinery when          

exchanging a hat. All custom hats are not exchangeable.


Returns: Hats may not be returned unless damaged or defective.  The millinery must receive the hat within 14 days.


Q: What is the millinery's shipping policy?

A: The millinery ships to the U.S.A..  All products are shipped USPS in one to two days.


Q: What size are the hats?

A: Women's stock hats come with a 23" adjustable sweatband and reduce to a 22" sweatband.  Men's stock hats come in size 23.5".  Please contact the millinery if you      would like a different size hat.  Jennifer is happy to make you a custom sized hat.


Q: How do I know what size hat I should wear?  

A: You can determine your size by measuring the circumference of your head in inches.  To measure your head, place a tape measure around the crown of your head.      

Wrap the tape measure around your entire head making sure to place it above the ears and straight across the forehead.  Make sure the measuring tape feels

comfortable around the head.  If it feels tight, then the hat will feel tight.
